    At Collective Oversized, we aim to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If there is any issue with your order, we are here to help.

    Defective or Wrong Items

    If you receive the wrong items or if any items are defective, please contact us as soon as possible at support@collectiveoversized.com to resolve the issue.

    Return Conditions

    If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, resalable condition.

    For returns:

    • You are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price (excluding return shipping costs).

    • We cannot refund or exchange items that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.

    Return Guidelines

    • All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

    • Collective Oversized is not responsible for return shipping costs.

    • Ensure all items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

    • Always use a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return process.

    • Always request approval for your return via our return form—returns without approval cannot be processed.

    Easy 3-Step Return Process

    Step 1: Request Return Details
    Fill out our contact form and include your order number, email address, and reason for the return.

    Step 2: Send Your Order Back
    Ship the items to the provided return address. Make sure to use a Track & Trace code and keep it safe. You, as the sender, are responsible for the package.

    Step 3: Receive Your Refund
    Once we have received and inspected your package, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within 5 business days.
